The Lee Hsien Loong Award for Outstanding Bicultural Students was first presented in 2010. It recognises outstanding students in the Bicultural Studies Programme (BSP) and the best student in the Regional Studies Programme (RSP), which encourages our students to be effectively bicultural and confident in engaging both Asia and the West. This year, 3 students from the BSP and 1 student from the RSP received the Lee Hsien Loong Award for Outstanding Bicultural Students.
